A warm welcome from all of us at planDisney to you, Kathleen. We're so glad you stopped by to ask us this question. Oh dear, I'm so sorry to hear about the current situation with your
Magic Key pass. Things happen and this too shall pass.
Once you are in the midst of serving your 30-day penalty period, you unfortunately aren't able to make any new park reservations or modifications to your existing reservations. If you aren't able to scan into the park for one of these set reservations, it won't extend your current 30-day period. Instead, it will count towards the next set of three no-show reservations that will be subject to the
Magic Key No-Show Policy. If you have specific questions regarding your account, you can also reach out to a friendly Cast Member for help by calling the phone line for
Magic Key holders.
Oh, I really do hope that you might be able to find the time to make your way over to the theme park to be scanned in for entrance. I also hope that your current 30-day period moves as quickly as Dash runs. Your penalty time will be up soon and you can get back to enjoying the magic. Speaking of which, it will be in time to catch the limited run of
Rogers: The Musical at Disney California Adventure Park. I was lucky enough to experience this recently and enjoyed it so much. It's so wonderful to have live entertainment return to the Hyperion Theater.
Kathleen, I hope this has been helpful and you're back to unlocking the magic soon. Please come back to ask us any other questions that pop into your mind. Until then, have a magical day.
