Hi Darren,
Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you had a great visit to Walt Disney World Resort and now you have returned home and want to look at your photos taken by
Disney PhotoPass Service. The photos taken on attractions are always great, but my favorite photos are the ones taken in front of Cinderella Castle!
To download your
Memory Maker photos, log in to your My Disney Experience account on a web browser. Visit the “My Photos” section, where you should find a gallery of the PhotoPass photos taken during your visit. You can scroll through and select each photo you’d like to download or select the first photo and an option will appear at the top of the page to “Select all visible media.” When I download my PhotoPass photos I choose to “select all visible media” and then scroll down the page to make sure each photo has a green check mark in the top right corner. There will be a button to “Download” near the top of the page. You may need to turn off your pop-up blocker to allow the download to begin.
Don’t forget that Disney PhotoPass photos
expire 45 days after the date they were taken. If you still can’t download your photos after following my directions above, I recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member for assistance. You can contact the number listed under “
Technical and Website Support.”
I hope you had a fantastic visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Darren. If you have any future questions, please come
visit me again at planDisney!
Kaitlin
