Hi there, Christine!
Yes, there are three different services that might be of interest to you. The first is the
Disney Genie+ service. Genie+, available for an additional per-day, per-ticket cost, allows Guests to book return times for select attractions, bypassing the standby queue through the attractions’
Lightning Lanes. The second service is
individual Lightning Lane. This service is similar to what is offered by Genie+ but applies to only a few attractions that offer purchases of Lightning Lane access on an a la carte basis for those few attractions.
Finally, the
Disability Access Service, or DAS, is for Guests who are not able to use a traditional attraction queue due. Instead of waiting in the standby queue, Guests registered for DAS may rest elsewhere or even experience another attraction while they wait for their reserved DAS return time. Guests register for DAS either in-person
at any
Guest Relations location or online via live video chat using
DAS Advance. DAS Advance registration must be done between two and 30 days before arrival.
During the DAS registration process, a Cast Member will meet directly with the Guest requiring the service. The Cast Member will ask a few simple questions to determine the best level of accommodations to meet the needs of the Guest. If the Guest is determined to be eligible for DAS, the service will be linked with the theme park admission for each member of the party, and a member of the party will have the service enabled on their account in the
Disneyland mobile app. Return times to participating attractions are booked in the Disneyland app. The DAS-eligible Guest will be required to be present when redeeming the attraction return times.
I hope you and your party have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Christine. If you have any more questions, I hope you’ll stop by planDisney again.
See ya real soon!
