I accidently deleted my son from our trip plans. With covid, reservations are needed and those dates are already filled up. We can't afford to reschedule. Can the disney staff override and add my son back please!?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Sal. We're so glad you stopped by!

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced some difficulty with your My Disney Experience account. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!" With just two weeks until your arrival, my best advice is to call the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! Be sure to have all your reservation and ticket information on hand when you call. I hope that all will be well with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust!

As you start to pack and finalize all your plans, take some time to review the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. It has lots of important updates about the health and safety measures that are being taken in and out of the theme parks!

Sal, I'm wishing you and your family a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
