I accidently cancelled my reservation and now there are no other days. How can I get it back or change my ticket from park hopper to 1 park?

    Hi Stephanie,

It's so wonderful to see you here with us at planDisney!

Stephanie, I just want to say "Gawrsh!" I'm sorry to hear you accidentally cancelled your theme park reservations for Disneyland Resort. I am hopeful, though, that all will work out for you, and you'll be enjoying all the magic of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park real soon.

I think the best suggestion I can offer is for you to keep checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see if new reservations open up for the dates you might be wanting to visit. One note to keep in mind about the Theme Park Reservations system is that it's possible for reservations to become available on a rolling basis, so it's helpful to keep checking for availability.

If you want to explore your options for the tickets you purchased, my suggestion is for you to reach out to the Disneyland Resort ticket services team at (714) 781-4636. You can also use the "Chat with Us" feature in the Disneyland Resort mobile app.

My take, though, Stephanie, is that you have more flexibility with a Park Hopper ticket because you can make a reservation for either park as your starting park for the day and then hop over to the other theme park after 1 p.m. With a Park Hopper ticket, you have the opportunity to add even more magic to your day.

Stephanie, here's wishing you a wonderful and fun day visiting the theme parks at Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
