    I accidentially ordered memory maker when I forgot I had already purchased it. Would like a refund for second order.

    It sounds like you’re just super excited to get all of your pictures from your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth, Noel! I absolutely adore Disney’s PhotoPass Service, and having Memory Maker purchased makes downloading and saving your memories a breeze!... But you definitely don’t need two Memory Maker packages purchased! Let’s make sure you get that refund! 

    As it can be tricky to navigate the world of refunds by yourself, I’d highly recommend calling a friendly Website Support Cast Member at (407) 939-4357! If you let them know your situation, Noel, they should be able to access your account and get your refund processing in no-time! 

    Don’t forget to visit the Disney PhotoPass® Studio at Disney Springs! This playful photo studio experience is included in an active Memory Maker package, and does not require a reservation! Have fun with the backdrops, props, and innovative atmosphere! (Grab a treat from Amorette’s Patisserie while you’re at Disney Springs for me too, Noel!)
