I accidentally got 6 tickets to disney parks instead of 4. How do I change my reservation to less tickets?

    Hi there Samantha,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to drop by with your question about Theme Park Tickets.  I am so glad to see you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, I am sure you are going to make some magical memories during your visit.

I am so sorry that you have purchased too many Theme Park Tickets for your visit.  Unfortunately, Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable so there isn't much that you can do other than starting to plan another visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  If your extra Theme Park Tickets expire prior to being able to use them, don't worry.  The value of your Theme Park Tickets can be used toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets.  You could always call and explain your situation to a Cast Member, but given the policy, there may not be anything that the Cast Member can do to assist.

Before you visit Walt Disney World Resort, don't forget to make your Theme Park Reservations.  Guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you wish to enter into a Theme Park.

I wish I had better news, Samantha.  I hope you still have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort, whenever you choose to visit.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.

    ~Stephanie
