I Accidentally reassigned my wife’s ticket to me so now I have two tickets to Disney World how do I get my wife’s name back on the ticket through the app

    Hi Ralph! Welcome to planDisney.

Hakuna Matata! Your fairy godmother is here to help save the day. We will have your Theme Park Ticket reassigned to your wife in no time for your Walt Disney World Resort October visit. Grab your smartphone, open the My Disney Experience Mobile App and let's get to work.

Tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes." Your tickets should appear in this location. If for any reason you do not see them, hit the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner, followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." Follow the prompts to link your missing ticket by ID Code or by scanning the bar code. When you locate the correct Theme Park Ticket, simply tap on "Reassign Ticket." You will be prompted to select a guest name from your Family and Friends List. Bibbiddi-Bobbiddi-Boo!

This is your friendly reminder that currently, all individuals ages three and up need both a valid Theme Park Ticket and Disney Park Pass Reservation in order to enter the four theme parks. You can check the availability calendar right here.

Your visit is in time to enjoy the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Stop by the Global Marketplaces for worldly treats. The Fry Flight from the Fry Basket is a favorite amongst my fellow planDisney panelist. For dessert, I personally love the Apple Strudel from Germany.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
