To change the name on a
Disneyland ticket associated with your MyDisney Account, you will want to contact the
Tickets phone line or chat with a Cast Member using the “Chat” feature in the Disneyland mobile app or on the
Disneyland website. It may be helpful to have your email confirmation or ticket on hand when you speak with a Cast Member. I also want to give you a heads up that once any part of the ticket has been used and a Guest photo assigned to it by a Cast Member, the ticket is nontransferable; so be sure to make the update before you head to the parks!
