I accidentally put my name on all of my family’s Disneyland tickets when I linked them to my account to make reservations. Is this going to be a problem and if so how do I fix it?

Hey there, Pamela. Thanks for taking the time to swing by planDisney with your question for us.

I’m so happy to see that you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth in September. Now that the Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park have reopened, I bet you’re excited to experience all the pixie-dusted fun! There is so much to see and do at the Disneyland Resort theme parks. The newly opened Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park is both immersive and impressive. And be sure to check out the newly reimagined Snow White’s Enchanted Wish in Disneyland Park!

"Hakuna Matata" about having all the tickets assigned to you, Pamela. Since you’re arriving after June 15, 2021, when Disneyland Resort theme parks are opened to everyone (and not just California residents), it is not imperative that the name on your theme park tickets matches your ID. Once you and your family arrive to one of the Disneyland Resort theme parks’ turnstile for entry, a Cast Member will photograph each person per ticket. The ticket is then linked to that particular person in the photo, not the name on the ticket. If you have a multi-day ticket, the ticket must be used by the same person for each valid day. If you wish to speak directly with a Cast Member for further questions or clarifications, you can contact (714) 781-4636.

Please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again for additional planning tips and advice. We’re all EARS!

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
