    I accidentally put my guests former last name on the ticket I just bought. Need to change her last name

    Oh my goodness, your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner! You must be getting so excited. In just a few short days, you'll be off enjoying all the magic that Walt Disney World has to offer, including the incredible EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. If you get a chance to stop by the festival, you’ll be in for such a treat with live entertainment, food, and so much more! But, of course, we can’t forget about The World's Most Magical Celebration in honor of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary! Can you believe that you’ll get to enjoy two fabulous events in one trip? How awesome is that?!

    Now, on to your question, Richard! Updating the name of a Guest in your party is super simple with the help of your handy My Disney Experience app. Simply log into your My Disney Experience app, open the menu (three horizontal stacked lines on the bottom right corner) and click on “My Profile.” Then, toggle over to “Family & Friends List” from the menu bar at the top, and select the Guest whose name needs to be updated. Once you are in their profile, select “Update Info,” input the correct last name, and hit submit. And just like that, you’re all set! Pretty easy, right?

    If for whatever reason, these steps don’t work for you, you can always reach out to the Existing TIckest team at (407) 934-7639, where a helpful Cast Member will be happy to take care of this for you!

    Richard, since you mentioned you just purchased your tickets and your arrival date is fast approaching, I wanted to take a moment to remind you to secure your Park Pass Reservations. As a reminder, you'll need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you can hop over to another park starting at 2 p.m. each day. I took a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and it does look as though some parks are already at capacity during your visit, so I’d recommend securing your reservations as soon as possible.
