I accidentally purchased two tickets for ages 2-9 and they should be ages 10+ . How do I change them? I’m on hold right now but the wait time in 2 hours to speak to a representative.

Hi Katelyn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so happy to see that you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow! This year has been very special, as Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration has taken place. I just can't get over how cute Mickey and Minnie look in their celebration outfits!

You have done exactly what I would suggest first by calling Disney directly and speaking with a Cast Member. I am not sure if they will be able to correct your Walt Disney World theme park tickets over the phone, however, and you may need to visit Guest Relations when you arrive at the theme parks tomorrow. If you haven't spoken with a Cast Member on the phone yet, I recommend waiting until you arrive for your visit tomorrow, then head to Guest Relations first thing to upgrade your tickets to adult tickets and pay the cost difference. If there aren't any lines or are only short lines at the theme park ticket windows, try heading there first to see if they can assist you. They may direct you to Guest Relations anyway, but if they can help, it could potentially save you a ton of time in line!

I hope everything is corrected for you quickly and that you have a magical vacation, Katelyn! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
