Walt Disney World. You will have a magical experience, but first you will need to get your tickets fixed!
I am not familiar with Disneyland tickets purchased at Target (boy, they really do sell everything, don't they!) I do not know their return policy or if they have any exchange/return options for the Disneyland tickets you purchased. You might want to start with their customer service to see if they can be of assistance.
As far as how it can be handled at Walt Disney World, your best option is to speak to a Cast Member at Existing Tickets by
calling (407)934-7639. Have your tickets handy when you call along with your email address associated with your My Disney Experience account.
I hope you are able to fix your tickets. Once you get everything in order, make sure you link your proper tickets to your My Disney Experience account so you can make your
Theme Park Reservations and begin to explore
Disney Genie.
