Lisa from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I accidentally purchased 3 children’s tickets. I need to change them all to adult tickets. (No change in date.) I already have my reservation. How can I get my tickets changed? Yes, I know there will be an additional cost from child to adult tickets.

Hi there, Lisa. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney with your question.

Now that the theme parks at Disneyland Resort have reopened, I bet you’re ready to enjoy all the pixie-dusted fun! I just returned from a trip there and I’m counting down the days ‘till my next visit. With the impressive, newly opened Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure Park, combined with the old-time nostalgia of Disneyland Park, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy at the Happiest Place on Earth.

Since you already have park reservations already booked (and those dates may already be full), I recommend that you contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Service at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly with a Cast Member to explain your situation. Alternately, you can use the “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland mobile app. You can access this by clicking the three small horizontal lines on the lower right-hand corner, then scrolling down a bit for the box labeled “Chat with Us”.

If you’re unable to resolve your situation prior to arrival, you’ll need to head to a Main Entrance ticket booth or Guest Relations to switch your current children tickets to adults. Friendly Cast Members will be able to assist you and get you on your merry way to enjoy your day at the Disneyland Resort.

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again. We’re all EARS.

    Have a magical day,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
