I accidentally purchased 2 children's tickets instead of adult tickets. Can I pay the difference online to make them adult tickets? Or can I cancel those tickets and buy adult tickets, instead?

Hi there Nola and welcome to planDisney!

Nothing makes me feel more like a kid again than visiting the Happiest Place on Earth, so I understand accidentally purchasing the incorrect ticket. Hakuna Matata! We can fix this, and you'll be flying off to Never Land in no time.

To upgrade your tickets so they can be used by the young at heart, you'll want to call the Disneyland ticket help desk at (714) 781-4636, and a friendly Cast Member will assist you. Once your tickets are properly assigned, you'll want to secure theme park reservations. If your preferred theme park isn't available on the day of your visit, consider adding the Park Hopper option while you're on the phone. With this upgrade, you're able to hop to another theme park without reservations after 1:00 PM.

Because so many Guests are anxious to return to a land of magic, you may experience longer than usual hold times, so I recommend browsing the Disney Parks Blog or finding us on social media while you wait. Check out the recent article about the sips and snacks that will be offered during the initial reopening and this welcome back message from the leadership. Thanks for your patience during this extraordinary time!

I hope this is helpful, Nola, and your ticketing issue is quickly resolved so you can focus on more fun matters like, which attraction you will experience first or what snack will you enjoy first, churros? Popcorn? I know I’ll be having BOTH! Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!
