Hi, Lina!
Welcome, and thank you for sending
planDisney a
Disneyland Resort question. I’m thrilled that a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is on the horizon for you!
The good news is that single-park tickets aren’t specific to just one theme park, so you can use your
theme park ticket at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park as long as you have a valid theme park reservation. Your existing
theme park reservation can’t be modified, but you can cancel it and book a new one by logging into your account on
Disneyland.com and visiting “My Theme Park Reservations.” You can also make changes on the
Disneyland mobile app by selecting “Manage or Make Reservations” under “Park Reservations.” Be sure to check on the availability of reservations for your new date and/or theme park before cancelling your first reservation.
The name assigned to an unused theme park ticket can definitely be changed, but you can’t edit it yourself on Disneyland.com or with the Disneyland mobile app. Please call the Disneyland Resort at (714) 781-4636 to get live assistance from a Cast Member who can help you reassign the ticket to the appropriate person.
I hope this information helps you make your plans, Lina, and that you’re able to secure the reservation date you want for your magical visit! Please feel free to ask us any other questions you have before your pixie-dusted adventures take flight!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
