Hello, I accidentally paid for the Park Hopper Ticket, But My other party did not get one (they got the 1 park pass) Is it Possible i could get my ticket downgraded?

    Hello, Nolan!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask us a question. I’m glad to hear that a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth with a friend is on your summertime agenda! There’s so much magic to explore at the Disneyland Resort. I hope you’ll make time to see Avengers Campus, an all-new land in Disney California Adventure Park where some favorite superheroes assemble!

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable and can’t be downgraded to a ticket of lesser value. You have the option of holding on to your Park Hopper Ticket for use during another visit and buying a 1 Park Per Day Ticket for use now with your friend if they are not interested in Park Hopping with you. Plus, keep in mind that even after its expiration date, the price you paid for an unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket in the future. That said, I love using Park Hopper Tickets to experience the magic of both theme parks in a single day, and I think it’s a great tool to help make the most of your time.

I hope this information helps, Nolan. If you’d like to speak with a Cast Member to see if any other options might be available to you, you can call (714) 781-4636.  Please visit planDisney again for more advice before your adventures begin!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
