    I accidentally ordered the wrong color magic bands. I didn’t realize it till they came in the mail today. We are 20 days out from or trip. Can I send them back and get different colored bands or just wait and turn them in when we arrive?

     Oh my gosh, James - your Walt Disney World Resort visit is just around the corner. How very exciting! 

     I love when our MagicBands arrive in the mail because it means we're getting so close to a magical vacation. I'm so sorry you were disappointed when you opened your box! What a bummer. Unfortunately, your MagicBands can't be sent back for an exchange at this point. My best advice is to visit the Front Desk of your Resort hotel as soon as you arrive. They often have extra MagicBands, and they would be happy to assist you! 

     Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app prior to your arrival. It really is magic at your fingertips! There are tons of awesome features, but my favorite is the new option to place mobile food and beverage orders. Ordering my family's meals ahead of time and avoiding the line saves lots of precious time in the theme parks!
