Welcome to planDisney, Jose.
Thanks for choosing to be our Guest. From your question, it seems like you accidentally purchased
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. If that's the case, unfortunately, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are
non-refundable. I know that's not the news you want to hear, Jose. Thankfully, Disneyland tickets never lose their value. Therefore, you now have a great reason to visit The Happiest Place on Earth. If you'd like to see if anything else can be done about your accidental purchase, I would suggest calling
Tickets (714-781-4636) and explaining your situation to a friendly Cast Member. However, the official policy is that refunds are not permitted.
If I've misunderstood your question, and you've accidentally made theme park reservations for the wrong park (e.g. you wanted to visit Disneyland Park, but accidentally made a reservation for Disney California Adventure Park), then you can easily solve this problem. Simply cancel the existing reservation by visiting
My Theme Park Reservations. Once you do that, you can then visit the
Theme Park Reservations page on the Disneyland website to make your new reservation. However, before you do anything, check out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to make sure that your desired date has availability.
I hope that's helpful, Jose. Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Mike
