Hi Bobbie,
Welcome to planDisney. We are so excited that you took the time to send us your question, thank you very much! It looks like you will be visiting Disneyland Resort in a few short weeks, I am dreaming of walking through the gates and seeing Mickey and his pals for the first time in forever!
I am sorry that you made your
Theme Park Reservations for Disney California Adventure Park instead of Disneyland Park, hopefully you will be able to fix your Theme Park Reservation prior to your visit. Currently, guests are able to make Theme Park Reservations using the online booking system in order to manage Theme Park capacity. After a quick check, it doesn't look like there is any availability at Magic Kingdom Park for your date. I would recommend to keep checking the
Theme Park Reservation Calendar, as other guests cancel or change their days, some availability may become available. When you see that there is availability for Disneyland Park on your preferred date, cancel your existing Theme Park Reservation and then make a new reservation for Disneyland Park.
If nothing becomes available between now and your reservation date, you could always choose another day to visit Disneyland Park, provided the date is available and your tickets are valid for that date. If your Theme Park Tickets expire prior to you being able to book a Theme Park Reservation, don't worry, the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Ticket can be applied to a new Theme Park Admission. If it were me, I would still visit Disney California Adventure Park and choose another day to visit Disneyland Park, it's a win win! I can hardly wait to be walking through Cars Land, with a delicious Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Cone from the
Cozy Cone Motel.
Sending you lots of Pixie Dust in hope you will be able to find a Theme Park Reservation for Disneyland Park, Bobbie. If you have any questions as your visit approaches please come back to us here at
planDisney, we are always happy to help.
