I’ve accidentally linked two physical passes to another name on my list and not one to myself, can I change this? My account still has a ticket but the password itself is linked to my mum as well as her own

Hey there, Rebecca, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question!

Rebecca, Hakuna Matata - it means no worries! Walt Disney World seems to have thought of everything when it comes to planning your Disney Vacation! Your Theme Park Tickets can be reassigned right from your My Disney Experience mobile app. Since you linked the Theme Park Tickets to your mum by accident, you will have to log into the account that has the two tickets linked and then reassign one of the Theme Park Tickets to yourself. This process may require you to connect and link your accounts together in the My Disney Experience Family & Friends list if you have not already. After logging into the My Disney Experience mobile app, choose the menu button at the bottom of the screen (it looks like three stacked lines). On the next page, select the “Tickets and Passes” option and find the Theme Park Ticket that you would like to modify. Click the “Reassign” option and complete the remaining prompts. After this, you should be all set!

I hope this helps, Rebecca! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
