    I accidentally linked my ticket on the app to one of my family members how can I reassign?

    Hi there, Norma, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited that you’re here with this great question. It sounds like you’ve just arrived for your Walt Disney World vacation! 

    Norma, you’ll be happy to know that you can reassign an unused ticket. Just go to My Tickets and Passes in the My Disney Experience App and choose the ticket. You should see the option to reassign the ticket and choose the Guest who will receive it. 

    If you have any issues or questions, visit Guest Relations or reach out to a helpful Cast Member via phone.
