I accidentally linked a pass to the wrong person. How do I unlink the pass and link the correct person?

    Hi Gloria! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you will be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth tomorrow! How exciting! There are so many special Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration touches around the theme parks and I'm sure you can't wait to see them for yourself. It is a great time to visit!

You should be able to reassign your Walt Disney World theme park tickets or passes on the main Walt Disney World website by first going to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Once you are signed into your account, scroll down until you see "Daily Itinerary." Next to that is a link that will show your "Tickets & Memory Maker." Select that and all your theme park tickets and passes should appear. There will be a drop-down menu that says "Reassign Ticket" and when you click on it, all your connected Guests will be listed. Simply select the person that you want the pass to transfer to and complete the prompts. Then, you'll be all set!

If you are still having trouble getting your pass to the correct person, you will need to contact Disney directly at (407) 934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member. They can help you connect the pass to the Guest that is supposed to have it.

I hope this helps, Gloria! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
