My Disney Experience app? Even though I'm usually well aware of how many days I have left until my next vacation, I still find myself checking it all the time!
MagicBand+ is one of my favorite accessories when visiting Walt Disney World. Not only are the designs super fun, but they offer so much functionality in the parks and at the resorts! Whether you're tapping into a Lightning Lane, purchasing a new pair of mouse ears, buying your favorite Mickey-shaped snack, or unlocking your resort door, I love the hands-free convenience - especially with a toddler in tow. Unfortunately, once a MagicBand+ has been linked to an account, it
typically cannot be transferred. However, if the MagicBand+ has not been used, a Disney Cast Member may be able to help. While this isn't guaranteed, you can
call App and MagicBand Support to see if any assistance can be offered.
I'm sending many pixie-dusted wishes that your MagicBand+ can be re-assigned, Cindy. However, please keep in mind that there are two free options also available to Guests.
Disney MagicMobile Service allows you to use your smartphone in the same ways you would use your MagicBand+. Once you set up your pass and add it to your digital wallet, you'll be ready to go! In fact, this is my husband's preferred option as he can access the pass in his digital wallet from his smartwatch. You could also pick up a Key to the World Card at a park entrance or resort hotel.
