I accidentally linked an adult ticket to a child guest and a child ticket to an adult guest. How do I fix this? I tried what I found in frequently asked questions but i do not have the option to reassign the ticket.

Hi there, David! Thanks so much for visiting planDisney from across the pond. You've got a friend in me, and I'm happy to help sort out your thorny ticket question. Let's dive right in, shall we?

Gosh, that is frustrating when you experience technical difficulties when you're just trying to organize a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. Full disclosure, David--I have made the same unintentional error myself! The good news is that this can definitely be reversed, and you have plenty of time to do it since your vacation isn't right around the corner.

When I had to fix a ticketing issue for our family's most recent trip, the Cast Members at Technical Support were as helpful as could be. They are available by phone from the UK and should be able to help you get your tickets reassigned to the proper Guests well in advance of your arrival next May.

David, as you look forward to your 2025 trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth, here are a few suggestions to add a little extra pixie dust to your travels:
    • The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will likely be in full bloom next May for your family to enjoy (2025 dates have not been released yet). Plan to spend at least a day, if not two, enjoying the delicious offerings at the Outdoor Kitchens and rocking out at the Garden Rocks concert series!
    • Disney Springs has all sorts of great shopping and dining options, including the world's largest collection of Disney merchandise, World of Disney. The Cirque du Soleil show Drawn to Life is also a must-do!
    • If you opted to add a Disney dining plan to your vacation, there are so many great options to please even the pickiest of palates. Some of our family's favorites include Sanaa (Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas), Beaches & Cream Soda Shop (Disney's Beach Club Resort), and Kona Cafe (Disney's Polynesian Village Resort).
I hope this information is just what you need for your planning purposes, David! Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and please reach out anytime if we can help with any additional planning questions.

    See Ya Real Soon!
