Hey there, Sarah! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Hakuna Matata, Sarah – that means no worries! Even if you accidentally deleted your
ticket, it should still be linked to your account. (However, if you accidentally deleted a reservation, that cannot be recovered – you would need to look for a new reservation.)
Let’s check a couple of things to see if we can figure this out together.
Each
ticket has a
reservation associated to it, for each day of your visit. On the
Disneyland Resort website, log in to the account you used to purchase your tickets. Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. If you see your reservation here, that means your reservation AND ticket are intact, as you cannot have a reservation without a ticket.
Another way to check is to log in to the
Disneyland mobile app, go to Tickets and Passes, and see if your ticket appears here. If not, it might have gotten unlinked from your account, but that doesn’t mean it’s not there. Also, click on Future Plans to see if your reservation is there. If you see your reservation there, again, that’s a good sign as you can’t have a reservation without a ticket.
I know this can sound a bit confusing. If these steps don’t work, please contact a Cast Member at
Ticket Services to help you further.
Fingers crossed it gets sorted out soon. The magic awaits, Sarah!
