I accidentally deleted my ticket information, how do I get it back

Hiya, Kent! Welcome to planDisney! Oh boy, it sounds like a bit of a magical mishap has occurred with your Disneyland ticket. It might be playing a game of hide-and-seek, but don't worry—we're experts at finding lost things. To locate your ticket, we'll first need to figure out how it went missing. The steps we take depend on where you last saw it.

If you have your confirmation email but your ticket isn't showing up in the Disneyland mobile app, we can fix that! Start by finding your Ticket ID Number. Then, open the app and tap "My Tickets & Passes". Press the blue plus (+) button at the top right and choose "Link Tickets & Passes". Next, tap "Type ID", enter that special Ticket ID number, and then press "Link Media". Your ticket should reappear, as if by magic! If your email has a barcode, you can also scan it into the app using the "Camera" tab.

If your confirmation email seems to have vanished, don't fret! You can still find your tickets by logging into your Disney account. Head to the ticket modifications page—that's where your Disney details are safely stored! Enter your login information, and your tickets should appear in your account.

If those options don't work, there's still hope! You can always call a friendly Cast Member. They're like fairy godparents, ready to help with their special touch! They have a knack for locating misplaced items. And if all else fails, you can visit a ticket booth at the Disneyland Resort. The wonderful Guest Services team there is always happy to help! They'll assist you in replacing your Disney eTicket so you can get back to the fun. Just bring your photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase, and they'll get you all squared away. You'll be off to enjoy your magical adventures in no time!

Let me share a little pixie dust to make your park day even smoother! A Cast Member recently gave me this brilliant tip: Take a screenshot of your park ticket and set it as the lock screen wallpaper on your phone. Just like that, you'll have instant access to your ticket whenever you need it—no more fumbling around like you're searching for the other glass slipper! This is extra helpful if you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass since you’ll need to scan your ticket barcode or tap your MagicBand+ for entry into each participating attraction. It’s also convenient when you get your photo taken by a PhotoPass Cast Member. They’ll be able to scan your barcode quickly and easily so you can receive your digital photos in the app.

And Kent, now that we’ve taken care of the missing ticket, there's one more important thing to keep in mind for a truly magical visit: park reservations! Here’s a friendly reminder to make sure that you have park reservations for the date(s) you’d like to visit. You can choose to spend the day at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park—or, if you have a Park Hopper ticket, you can experience the best of both parks on the same day.

I hope these tips help you find your ticket, Kent! You’ll soon be on your way to experiencing the magic of the Disneyland Resort! Let us know if you have any other questions—we're always here to help make your Disney dreams come true!
