Hi Matt! Welcome to planDisney.
Surprise trips to Walt Disney World Resort are definitely Magical. Accidentally deleting your Theme Park Reservation during President’s Day Week, not so much. I am so very sorry this happened to you. Let’s dive right into your options. First, I would try to call the
Help Desk for My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357 to explain your situation to a friendly Cast Member. Sometimes you never know what Pixie Dust may be spread. However, once a reservation is canceled, those spots go back into inventory. One word of caution, wait times on hold have been rather long, I recommend calling early or late in the evening. You may want to try utilizing the chat feature on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App or online at the same time.
Now, I want to give you another option. Currently,
EPCOT has park reservations available for 02/23/22. If you are holding a one park visit
Theme Park Ticket, I suggest reserving EPCOT and upgrading your ticket with the
Park Hopper® Option. If available with your ticket purchase, you may do this on your mobile app. Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select “Tickets and Passes.” Choose the ticket, follow the steps to upgrade, and submit payment. Alternatively, you may upgrade your tickets on the day of your park visit at any ticket booth located outside of the theme parks or
Guest Relations once you have entered the theme parks. Currently, at 2:00 PM, you can take a magic carpet ride or bus or another form of Walt Disney World Transportation to another theme park to enjoy. Park hopping is subject to availability and can be verified by calling (407) 560-5000.
Check out EPCOT and the all-new
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure located in the France Pavillion in World Showcase. You are shrunken down to the size of a mouse for the craziest 4D kitchen adventure. Walk on over to Norway to one of my favorites,
Frozen Ever After to board a boat and visit Olaf, Anna, and Elsa in Arendelle.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
