Hiya Holly!
Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am sorry that you accidentally deleted your park pass, but I am in the same boat as you. One time, I made a dining reservation at Le Cellier Steakhouse for Canada Day... on the wrong date. Thankfully, fixing those small mistakes can be relatively easy, so let's talk about what you can do now to make sure your trip goes as smoothly as possible!
If you cancelled one of your theme park reservations, the best option would be to go back into the reservation system and make another one. To do so, click on "
Theme Park Reservations" online or click on the plus sign and then on "Make a Park Reservation" if you are using the mobile app. For your travel dates, I can see that
availability for all parks is open, so I am sure that you will be able to get the park that you want. However, if you have any issues with this step, I highly suggest reaching out to a Cast Member via
chat, email, or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and I am sure that they will be able to help. However, I would also recommend not waiting too long before making this reservation, as park reservations are subject to availability.
If you instead accidentally changed the number of days for your theme park ticket, you can
make changes to your tickets anytime before midnight (Eastern Time) on the day before your ticket's first valid use date. To do so, log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans." Once you locate your ticket, you should have the option to click on "Change Ticket." This will allow you to change the length of the ticket and its date of use, among other things. You can also contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone for help with any of these steps!
Once your tickets are in order, my personal recommendation is that you make sure to plan a day to visit EPCOT. So many exciting things are happening at EPCOT, and there are so many new things to try! The
Connections Eatery and Cafe opened its doors to Guests earlier this Spring, and I highly suggest checking out its internationally-inspired menu. With its high capacity and wide seating availability, this is also the perfect way to relax in the air conditioning and stay hydrated. Don't forget that you can ask for a complimentary cup of water at most quick-service food and beverage locations and Starbucks! As for new activities, the thrill-seekers in your party will love the new attraction
Guardians of the Galaxy - Cosmic Rewind. This attraction is genuinely unlike anything you have experienced at the Walt Disney World Resort before, and it is a must-do in my book!
I hope this was helpful, Holly, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help fellow guardians of the galaxy!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
