I am triggered right now just reading this. I had a similar experience not too long ago where I accidentally deleted my son’s account and name, and for some reason, no matter what I did, I could not get it back (on my own). The worst part was that he had a theme park ticket attached to his name and was in “limbo.” Talk about panic! Thankfully, I was able to call Website Support at (407)939-4357, and they were gracious enough to assist me and get the account back on track. I have learned my lesson.
For you, you can always recreate another
My Disney Experience account and proceed through the process of adding the other guests to your
Family & Friends List and reassign your theme park ticket back to yourself. If you are anything like me and want to ensure everything gets back to normal, I recommend calling Website Support to be safe.
