O.M.G.! I had the same thing happen when I accidentally deleted my son’s
My Disney Experience account recently; honestly, I have no idea how or why it happened. I tried for hours to get it back, even recreating another account, thinking that I could add it back. It did not work, so do not try that route. Not only was it deleted, but his theme park tickets were nowhere to be found; they were sort of lost in the internet world of bad decisions on the part of this mom doing too much.
There is good news! I called Website Support at (407) 939-4357, and the incredible cast member I spoke with was able to get everything back in less than 5 minutes. Talk about a sigh of relief. I have promised I will never touch the accounts again unless it is for something more magical! I say all that to say do not worry; a quick call to Website Support can get everything back on track.
