I have accidentally created two profiles on the MyDisneyExperience website. My children are listed with their plans on one profile, and my husband and I are on the other. How can I merge my two profile accounts under the same email?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Danielle!

I am right there with you because I have made that same mistake before, and to make matters worse, I tried to fix it on my own and made it worse. I panicked for a few days, then decided that I needed some help, and finally, I got back on track. So because I wasted days trying (with no success) to figure it out, I recommend you call Website Support at (407)939-4357 and speak with a cast member who will be able to merge your profiles under one account and have you up and running in no time. I can not believe that I put it off as long as I did, but in the end, it was fixed in a matter of minutes. Needless to say, I will not be making any additional changes to My Disney Experience again.

Please return should you have additional questions; we are here to help.

    Have a magical experience!
