    I have accidentally created 2 accounts:( one with each of my emails...How do I delete this one?? I only want one so I am not confused:)

    Welcome to planDisney! My Disney Experience is a wonderful planning tool that’s capable of helping Guests bring Disney dreams to life, but when you have two accounts and plans in different places, it can certainly add some unnecessary confusion.

    I’m happy to share that all you’ll need to do to get your accounts all straightened out is give a friendly Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience a call at (407) 939-4357. They’ll be able to access both accounts and make sure that you have everything you need in the account you decide to keep. 

    Once everything is taken care of on the back end, have a BLAST planning the perfect Walt Disney World adventure! With Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ both available now, your perfect itinerary is just a click away! Of course, if you have any other questions or would like some advice about any aspect of your visit, you’re always welcome back here at planDisney.
