I accidentally choose a fast pass on a day I am not coming to Walt Disney World. Will this activate my ticket?

Hello Nicole, and thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am thrilled to hear that you are in the middle of planning a great visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I can only assume that if you are already making FastPass+ selections, your magical vacation must be right around the corner.

I am happy to tell you that if you mistakenly make a FastPass+ selection for a day that you will not be visiting a Disney Theme Park, it will not activate your ticket. You can cancel the FastPass+ selection online or in the mobile app. In order for a theme park ticket to be activated, you must tap your MagicBand or card to a touch point at the main entrance of a Disney Theme Park. One thing to keep in mind is that you can only make FastPass+ selections for the number of days you have purchased theme park tickets. The selection you have made accidentally could be keeping you from making FastPass+ selections for another day during your trip. You can review, modify or cancel your FastPass+ selections online or with the My Disney Experience Mobile App. I hope that helps to answer your question. Good luck with your FastPass+ plans and if you have any more questions please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
