Hi there, Jonathan! Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question. I know lots of Guests like yourself are still learning to navigate through the new theme park reservation system, so I'm very happy to help you get to the bottom of it!
Theme park reservation availability varies by ticket type. Each ticket (single-day, Park Hopper, Magic Key) has its own bucket of reservations available each day. I just took a look at the reservation calendar for February 26th and there is still availability if you are holding
single or multi-day One Park Per Day or Park Hopper tickets. Reservations are, of course, subject to availability, but if the date remains open, you should be able to make the reservation by logging into your account or going into your app. In the app, simply click on the "+" at the bottom of the home screen and navigate to "Make a Park Reservation." On the website, go to "My Disneyland" and then "Tickets and Reservation Details". In either case, you should be able to select everyone in your party and grab it if it's still available!
If you are holding
Magic Keys, that date does appear to not have reservations available currently for the Dream, Believe and Enchant key holders, and it looks like a block-out date for the Imagine key holders. While this is likely not the news you were hoping to hear, do not give up hope! Guests are constantly changing their plans and canceling and rescheduling reservations. With a little faith, trust, pixie dust ... and persistence, I would recommend to keep checking the calendar as reservations may open up, especially as the date gets closer.
If you are visiting for multiple days and are unable to get a reservation for that day, there are still so many ways to have a day filled with magic without entering the parks! Visiting any of the Disneyland Resort hotels is always a treat. Anyone is welcome to grab dining reservations or quick service at any of the eateries. I know I always try to grab a drink and a bite at
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar or the
Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar and Grill - the South Seas hideaway theming is just as spectacular as anything in the parks!
Take some time to explore the
Downtown Disney District. If you have little ones with you, maybe treat them to a "make-over" with some new costumes from the
World of Disney. You won't find a more extensive collection of Disney merchandise anywhere but here! It's where I go to get all my souvenirs! Grab a sweet treat from
Marceline's Confectionery and maybe dine al fresco at the
Uva Bar & Cafe located right in the heart of all the action.
Jonathan, I will certainly send a little pixie dust of my own your way in the hopes that the reservation calendar does open up! No matter what happens, your trip is sure to be filled with unexpected magic at every turn. Please come
see us again if you have any other questions!
Magic awaits!
Tara
