Welcome, Maria! Thank you for sharing your question with planDisney and I'm happy to help you get some answers so you can get back to enjoying all the magic awaiting you at Disneyland Resort!
I'm sorry to hear there was an error with your ticket purchase, but I'm glad you have some guidance about using your ticket for another date. I'll be glad to share with you where you might find the record of your
tickets. My first recommendation is to look for the original confirmation email you received within 24 hours of your purchase. In this email, there is a link to "Access your eTickets" and upon clicking it, you'll see the ticket ID number and barcode that may be scanned at the gate for entry on the day of your theme park reservation.
It is possible that both of your tickets may already be linked to your Disney account. You can verify this by logging in and selecting the "
My Plans" option. This is where your current theme park reservations and other activities like dining and activities will be located. If you see your two tickets with park reservations on the originally held date, you can opt to "Modify Reservation" and select a new date that works for your plans! Or, you can cancel the existing reservation and then come back to
book a theme park reservation when you're ready to select a new date.
Lastly, Maria, you can use the
official Disneyland mobile app to locate any existing tickets linked to your account in the "Tickets and Passes" section. Then, feel free to follow the same steps to modify or cancel your theme park reservation for a future date.
I hope this is helpful advice Maria. I suppose you have double the magic coming your way, whenever you choose to use your two tickets! If we can help with any other guidance in the meanwhile, please don't hesitate to
reach out to us again.
Magically yours,
Tishra
