Hi there, Erika, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I always enjoy helping my fellow Californians plan their next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
There can be a lot of information to take in while planning a
Disneyland Resort vacation, so I can understand how this mistake could be made! Not to worry, you shouldn’t have a problem using adult (ages 10+)
tickets for your two children. This just means that you spent slightly more money paying for two adult tickets versus two children’s (ages 3-9) tickets. If you’d like to ask about recouping the difference in price, I recommend calling the Ticket Specialist Department at (714) 781-4636. You can reach them daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Pacific.
You and your family are going to make so many magical memories! If you happen to be visiting during the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort, you won’t want to miss my family’s favorite experiences, including
A Christmas Fantasy Parade, and
“it’s a small world” Holiday Lighting! Also, be sure to make time for
a visit with Santa Claus – you can find him in both parks throughout the day. My favorite spot to meet him is in
Redwood Creek Challenge Trail – the picture backdrop and surrounding tree-filled forest are simply beautiful! Don’t forget to use the
Disneyland app to track down Santa and check attraction wait times!
Wishing you magical adventures at the Happiest Place on Earth, Erika!
