I accidentally bought 2 day park hopper tickets for ages 3-9, instead of 10+ which I needed! Will I be able to upgrade these at the park?

Hello, Kendall! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Whenever I visit the Disneyland Resort, I always feel like a kid again. So I can certainly understand the goof of purchasing a child’s ticket instead of an adult ticket! Simply stop by a ticket booth when you arrive at the parks and they should be able to upgrade your tickets to adult tickets.

I’m glad that you have opted for Park Hopper tickets. It takes just a minute or two to hop from Disneyland Park to Disney California Adventure Park so you will likely hop back and forth each day. Plus, if you’ll be using Disney MaxPass, you can make FASTPASS selections on the Disneyland app for either park no matter which park you are currently enjoying. If you haven’t added Disney MaxPass to your tickets yet, consider adding this option when you visit the ticket booth or you can add it each day on the app once you have entered either park. MaxPass has saved my family hours upon hours of waiting in lines for select attractions and it could not be easier to use. Plus, you get access to downloads of all your PhotoPass photos that are captured on a day that you use MaxPass.

I hope your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is full of magic and memories!
