I accidentally bought 2-day Park Hopper passes for children ages 3-9 but I need to change them into Adult ones. How do I do that?

Hi there, Maria. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for dropping by with your question for us.

I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth right around Christmas! I’m assuming you’ve already secured theme park reservations for your visit when you purchased your tickets. Unfortunately, at this time, upgrades are unable to be handled online or over the phone. I suggest you keep your current tickets as they are for now, since park reservations are limited during the holidays. When you arrive at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance, head to one of the ticket booths to upgrade the children tickets to adult tickets by paying the difference. Simply explain the situation to a friendly Cast Member, who will gladly assist you, so that you don't lose the park reservations you’ve already made.

I wish you a merry time at the Disneyland Resort. If you have more questions with planning your vacation, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
