Hi I accidentally booked 4 tickets rather than 3. Is there any way I can get a refund?I live in Colorado and have no idea when I will be back to use the 4th ticket. Thanks, Joyce

Welcome to planDisney Jeff and Joyce!

I am sorry that you purchased an extra Theme Park Ticket for your Walt Disney World vacation. Per the Walt Disney World website, "Tickets...are nonrefundable." However, the ticket will still hold its value and can be applied toward another ticket purchase in the future.

I know this is not the news you were looking for. You can always call a friendly Cast Member at (407)939-1289 and explain your situation to see if there is anything that can be done. Your other option is to stop by a Guest Relations location when you get to Walt Disney World and find out if they can assist in any way.

If you are unable to get a refund after speaking to a Cast Member, hold onto the email receipt and any confirmation numbers so you may apply the ticket in the future. I have had guests tell me that they have tickets from the 1990's and have applied them toward new tickets so unused and unexpired tickets do hold their value!

I hope this all works out for you. Sending best wishes and pixie dust!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
