    I accidentally booked an extra guest for lightening lanes on one day of our park visit. Can I cancel that one person just for that one day? Thanks!

    It’s absolutely delightful to hear from you at planDisney! Congratulations on selecting your Lightning Lane Multi Pass experiences! Your adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the corner, so as the seven dwarfs would say, it’s off to work we go!

    While the My Disney Experience mobile app allows you to cancel and modify your selections, unfortunately, there isn’t a way to cancel the purchase or remove a Guest. If the Guest is traveling with you and doesn’t wish to use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass for the same experiences as your party, you can modify their selections to different Multi Pass experiences (subject to availability).

    If the Guest won’t be joining you, I recommend reaching out to the Guest Services team to inquire about removing them from your Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections. My favorite way to do this is through the chat feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Just open the app and tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, then scroll down to find “Chat With Us.”

    Alternatively, you can wait until your visit to speak with the Guest Experience Team in the Theme Parks. Look for those friendly Cast Members under blue umbrellas—they’re true experts in helping Guests with the My Disney Experience mobile app and experiences like Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass. You can also visit the Guest Relations locations located at the front of each theme park.

    While you’re creating magical memories, don’t forget to take advantage of Disney PhotoPass Service! I love asking photographers if they have any magic shots available at their locations. They’ll have you strike fun poses so that a sprinkle of pixie dust can be digitally added to your photos. They’re absolutely enchanting and a fantastic way to make your pictures even more special!
