    i accidentally got 2 annual passes for the same person instead of 1 for my girlfriend and best friend, i got two for my girlfriend. can i change her name to his?!

    I couldn't be any more excited to see you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short hours! Yay!

    I love that you purchased Annual Passes! Per policy, "passes are nontransferable and nonrefundable," but I highly encourage you to either contact a Cast Member in Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 or visit Guest Relations when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. The Cast Member will review your passes and let you know available options.

    I'm hoping you have an Annual Pass as well! I love being a Passholder! There are so many amazing benefits! If you need any further information about your Annual Passes, another option is to call (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277. I'm sending pixie-dusted happy thoughts your way as you discuss possible ticket options.
