Hi Nimesh! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
The Disneyland Resort is dedicated to being a welcoming and inclusive destination for Guests. To achieve this goal, there are many useful resources and services available for Guests with disabilities. I hope that relieves any concerns you have! I can attest, having visited the parks with my uncle, a disabled veteran, these services helped make for a more magical experience as a family.
Please check out the
Accessibility page for Disneyland Resort as your starting point. From this page, you can find guides and information regarding visiting the parks with issues related to mobility, neurodivergence, service animals, deafness and hearing loss, and low vision or blindness. Simply scroll down to find these selections, and visit that subsection for additional information. For example, we made use of the
Sensory Experience Details guide to avoid Attractions with loud, triggering sounds, for my uncle's comfort.
Checking out these resources ahead of your visit will help improve your experience. Additionally, when you arrive, you may visit the Accessibility Services Kiosk in the Esplanade for more information. Helpful Cast Members are always ready to assist. This is also the spot for Guests to register in-person for
Disability Access Service, which at this time is intended for Guests with autism or similar disabilities. You can also register for this service if a member of your group is eligible via a video chat ahead of your visit. Once in the parks, this service allows Guests to use the
Disneyland mobile app to request a return time on applicable Attractions. While waiting for that return time, your group can enjoy Entertainment, grab a snack, or shop.
Your visit is almost here! Start planning the Entertainment you want to catch by taking a peek at the
Daily Events Schedule. While these details are subject to change, it's a way to sketch out the must-do activities for your visit.
Have a magical day!
