Hello William,
I'm happy to hear you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort to enjoy all the magic of "The Happiest Place on Earth!
I'm also happy to hear you purchased your Disneyland Resort
theme park ticket. If you purchased your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket online, the ticket likely would have been delivered as an eTicket which is the default ticket delivery method for tickets. With an eTicket, you can use the link to the
online eTicket viewer, and you can
use the eTicket viewer to print the ticket. The eTicket itself comes as an Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) digital document, and so you'll want to have a version of Adobe Reader (version 4.0 or higher) to use for viewing and printing.
William, it's helpful to know you can present your ticket for admission using your mobile device and the
Disneyland Resort mobile app, and so there's no need to print out the ticket.
It's also helpful to know that if you don't have your printed eTicket and if you don't have a mobile device to show your eTicket, you can always visit a Disneyland Resort Box Office and
ask to have your ticket re-issued. You'll want to have your photo ID, the credit card you used to purchase the ticket (with your name matching your ID), and the ticket order confirmation email (either printed or in digital format.)
As a helpful check, you'll want to make sure you have both a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation for admission. If you purchased a new ticket through the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system, then the system would have prompted you to select both your theme park ticket and your theme park reservation at the same time. You can view your theme park reservations using the
My Theme Park Reservations tools in your Disneyland account.
William, I hope these tips are helpful for you as you get ready to enjoy your magical day at the Disneyland Resort theme parks.
Jerry
