Ah, reminiscing about a previous sailing and checking your folio, too? I've been doing a fair share of that myself in light of recent cancellations we've had to make to try and feel like I'm back "home" on the
Disney Cruise Line fleet! I recently chatted with a crew member about the status of Guest folios, and they confirmed that a recent change was made that means Guests are unable to view their folio in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once they disembark. It's important to note that this is a change from previous policies, so it looks like this will take a bit of getting used to for all of us Guests!
But the sun isn't set on your folio just yet! You can still get a copy sent to you by reaching out to a crew member either by calling, through live chat, or email -
all of which you can find information about in the help center section of the website! If you're interested in having access to your folio during any upcoming cruises, I definitely suggest taking screenshots throughout your voyage to keep tabs on...well, your tabs! haha.
