    access to my plans

    Hello, Richard! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you’re planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this coming Monday. Now that’s a great way to beat the Monday blues! Let’s help you lasso all those pixie-dusted plans you’ve been making!

If you already have a My Disney Experience account, accessing your plans is as easy as M-I-C-K-E-Y! On a desktop computer, go to the Walt Disney World website and find the blue text that says “Sign In or Create Account” right next to the search box. Once you’re logged in, click on the “My Disney Experience” logo just below that sign-in prompt. The next screen will show you all kinds of information, from your tickets and MagicBands, to your Resort hotel, dining, and Disney Park Pass theme park reservations.

You can also check your plans in the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you haven’t already, just download it to your phone to keep track of your plans even when you’re in the theme parks! Just open the app and click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right of your screen, then click on “My Plans.” All of your reservations should magically appear!

Richard, if you don’t have a My Disney Experience account yet, it’s free to get one, and you can link all of your plans to it using the confirmation emails you would have received when making your reservations.

If you still can’t find your plans or you’re having trouble linking them, go ahead and give Guest Relations a call at the My Disney Experience number, and a Cast Member will be happy to help!

I hope this helps you make your Monday truly magical, Richard. Thanks for stopping by to see us, and please come back again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
