    My access to my photos ends this week and when I click on download all it shows at 377 photos to download but the top right hand corner says there are 454 pictures available. Why is it downloading a different amount? How do I get them all?

    Hi Susan,

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this question about your Memory Maker photos. I hope you had a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort and that you can soon experience all of that magic again when you look through the photos taken by the wonderful Disney PhotoPass Photographers!  

    The discrepancy in your account most likely has to do with the stock photos of the theme parks and Disney Characters that are given to you as a bonus. If you log into the Disney PhotoPass website via your My Disney Experience account and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, you will see photos labeled "Bonus! Magical Disney Photos" for each of the four theme parks. There are likely 377 photos taken of you and your party, and the remaining 77 are probably stock photos. If you click on "Download All," the 377 photos as well as the stock photos should be downloaded. If they are not, you can select the stock photos and download those as well. 

    If this does not work, I suggest contacting the very helpful folks at Website Support at Walt Disney World Resort, who can walk you through the download process and make sure you retrieve all 454 of your photos.
