How do you access the interactive map showing wait times in my Disney Experience for rides in Disney World?

    Hiya Karen! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness! Your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner! Get ready to have the time of your life, Karen! Did you know that you’ll be arriving during Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration? There is so much to enjoy during this special time, but if you ask me, the most spectacular highlight is the nighttime fireworks spectacular, Disney Enchantment. You'll watch in awe as both Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A., come alive with color, light and music. I can say from experience, the show will absolutely blow you away!

With so much to see and do at Walt Disney World, it’s easy to get turned around as you go from place to place! So, I just love using the map feature in the My Disney Experience app to get turn-by-turn directions and see the latest updates on standby wait times. Now, to use the map feature, just follow these simple steps:

    • Log into your My Disney Experience mobile app.
    • Then, in the bottom navigation, click on the button that looks like an upside-down raindrop (it will be the second button from the left).
    • From there, you can see the map with wait times listed. You can adjust the park you’re viewing by clicking on “Filter” in the upper left corner. Then, to view the wait times as a list, just click on “Show List” in the upper right corner.

While you’re here, I just want to quickly remind you to secure your Theme Park Reservations ahead of your trip. You will need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the Park Hopper Option to your ticket, you can hop over to another park after 2 p.m. each afternoon. Some dates get booked up, so I recommend securing your Theme Park Reservations as early as possible to ensure you can enjoy all the parks you were hoping to visit.

I do hope I have been helpful to you today! If you have any other questions, please feel free to visit us again, as we would love to help out!

    Bye for now!
