Welcome, Judith! Thanks for taking the time to drop by planDisney with your question for us. We’re so glad you’re here.
Now that the Disneyland Resort theme parks have reopened after a long, unexpected closure, I bet you’re ready and excited to
return to a land of Magic!
I recently returned from a trip to the Disneyland Resort and stayed at a nearby Good Neighbor hotel within walking distance. My family and I were able to enter Disneyland Resort from the S. Harbor Blvd entrance. The process for security and temperature screenings were quick and simple, and we encountered fairly short wait for park entry during our 3-day visit. Walking past the car drop off area on S. Harbor Blvd to arrive to the Disneyland Resort entrance, I can confirm that this area is open if you wish to be dropped off.
Prior to your visit, be sure you have downloaded the latest version of
Disneyland mobile app. It’s a handy Mouseketool to help you check attraction wait times, view restaurant menus, make food and beverage mobile orders and use it as a form of contactless payment. Also, if you’re interested, the very popular and immersive Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will have a virtual queue that is only accessible via the Disneyland mobile app.
