Well now, this is a dilemma. I assume you have checked to make sure your other devices are logging into the same
My Disney Experience account. An easy way to tell is to check your profile character in your account. If you have picked a profile character, you should be able to see it when logged into your account. If you are logging into the same account, and this issue remains, I suggest that you
call to speak to a cast member in Website Support. When I have experienced account challenges in the past, the cast members on this team have always been able to help me resolve the problem.
Given some of the technical glitches we have experienced in past years, I also always create a spreadsheet with all of our plans for the trip including our
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and/or vacation package confirmation, flight information, all dining reservations, and any special experiences through the
Enchanting Extras Collection. This chart helps us to map out our days and ensures that everyone has a chance to review the plans before they are finalized.
Carla, I do have a few final tips! Make sure you check the
park hours for your visit and double-check them right before you arrive. I always pay attention to the park hours to make sure we maximize our time. If you are bringing little ones with you, be sure to check the
height requirements for attractions
before you arrive. Doing so makes it easier to avoid attractions that your little one(s) cannot yet experience. In the meantime, happy planning!
